Cost effective from a "relationship" standpoint
Typically, accounting firms calculate their fees for services based upon time spent, applied to hourly rates. Out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with performing such services may also be included.
As previously mentioned, we are "relationship" oriented and our fees reflect our interest in solidifying a long lasting, mutually beneficial relationship. Comparatively, our firm is not the least expensive from a "transaction" (or single service) standpoint.
However, we are very cost effective from a "relationship" standpoint. We invest a certain amount of our time in order to establish a long-lasting relationship with you. As an example, we have a unique "free phone calls" policy.
Typically, there is no charge for brief, "what if", phone calls. Our interest is your well being. We do not want you to hesitate calling us to request our assistance.
We would rather participate on the front-end to recognize and avoid problems and pit-falls. Accordingly, don't anticipate a charge for every phone call.
Exceptions to our "free phone calls" policy exist when calls require other than a brief period of time, and/or a substantial benefit is transferred to you or if risk is assumed by our firm during the course of the conversation.
When those conversations take place, we apply our standard hourly rates for only the time we spend with you.
Questions and comments are welcome and encouraged regarding our fees. Whenever possible, we encourage the discussion of anticipated fees prior to the services being rendered. Please feel comfortable to discuss fees whenever you have questions.
